ON SuperGHS JAMB CBT OFFLINE SOFTWARE

1. WILL I CONNECT TO INTERNET BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE?

No. Our JAMB CBT exam practicing software is an Offline Program that does not require Internet to function. It is an Application Program that works just like Ms Word, Excel, Photoshop etc.

2. HOW CAN I GET THE SOFTWARE TO INSTALL IN MY SYSTEM?

The JAMB CBT Offline Software is freely downloadable here.

3. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE FILE?

The size of the file is16.8 MB

4. HOW DO I INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AFTER DOWNLOADING?

Installing the software is very easy. After downloading, open your Download Folder in your computer and double click the file named SuperGHS to start the installation; then follow the installation steps to complete the installation. You may need to disable your antivirus software program to enable this software execute the Installer setup in your system. Some stubborn antivirus software programs, especially Avast Antivirus, interrupt the installer. See more details here.

5. CAN I INSTALL THE SAME SOFTWARE I DOWNLOADED IN MANY SYSTEMS?

Yes, you can use the same software you downloaded to install in multiple systems. There is no limit to the number of systems you can install the software but each system will need a different Activation Code to function.

6. HOW LONG CAN I USE THE SOFTWARE?

The full version of the software lasts for 365 days (i.e. 1yr) in a system. It works like JAMB Offline Thumbprinting Application. This is to enable us update the software and add latest past questions inside. Also, you will have access to Offline demo/trial version use for 14 times before activation.

7. AFTER INSTALLATION, WHAT IS THE NEXT THING?

The next thing to do after successful installation of the software is to launch the program and copy out the Product ID (PID) of the software. After that, you can use the program as demo/trial version user to test how it is working before paying for the activation.

8. WHAT IS PRODUCT ID? (e.g. KIPMR9437125646)

Product ID, abbreviated as PID is a 15 alphanumeric unique code automatically generated after installing this software to mark each system that runs the JAMB CBT Offline program. It is neither transferable nor shareable because each time this software is installed in a computer; a new and different PID is generated.

9. WHAT IS PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER?

This is the same as Product ID. When activating the program, you need to enter the same Product ID under the column for Product Serial Number. They are the same thing. Although there are some other software we have that has different Product ID and serial number but that does not concern JAMB CBT Offline program.

10. WHAT IS ACTIVATION CODE?

Activation Code (AC) is the Offline Activation PIN that is used to activate the full version and function of the JAMB CBT Offline program in any computer.

11. HOW MUCH IS THE ACTIVATION CODE?

Activation code for each computer is N1,500. For those who want to use the software in multiple computers, you are advised to buy with agent price of N1,000 for each system but you must buy minimum of 10 Activation Codes.

12. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ACTIVATION CODE?

You can pay for the activation code via any of the following banks we operate: Diamond Bank, Ecobank, First Bank and Zenith Bank. For account number and other payment details click here.

13. CAN I USE ONE ACTIVATION CODE IN MANY COMPUTERS?

No. You cannot copy, share or inherit the program from one system to another. Each system will require its own activation code because the Product IDs are unique on every system.

14. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ACTIVATION CODE AFTER PAYMENT?

You will receive your Activation Code within the day you paid for activation code. This will be done within 10 to 30 minutes after you sent activation code request. Please, note that we must verify your payment before activating your Product ID. So, to help fasten this and avoid unnecessary delay in receiving your Activation Code, kindly instruct the banker to post your deposit immediate as a matter of urgency so that there will be no delay in confirming the alert. As soon as we confirm your payment alert, you will receive your Activation Code within 10 to 30 minutes and there shall be activation code for you till successful payment is confirmed.

15. DO I NEED SEPARATE PAYMENT FOR ACTIVATION OF EACH JAMB SUBJECT?

No, the one-time payment activation fee covers, validates and activates all the available subjects in the program for the user. Each subject does not require separate activation.

16. CAN I BECOME A RESELLER OR AGENT OF THIS SOFTWARE?

Yes, you can become our reseller/agent and earn big income. Effective from year 2015, JAMB fully adopts the CBT EXAM as the only JAMB exam type in Nigeria. 17. WHAT IF I REFORMAT THE SYSTEM WHERE I ACTIVATED THE OFFLINE SOFTWARE?

In the old version of this software, you lose your Activation Code when you reformat your system. Now in this new and upgraded version, you no longer lose your Activation Code. After reformatting your system, you will still be able to use your Activation Code till it expires in 365 days

18. WHAT IF I MAKE MISTAKE IN THE 15 ALPHANUMERIC PRODUCT ACTIVATION CODE WHEN REQUESTING FOR AC?

Please, be careful to see that you correctly type/copy your Product ID while sending us text message request for your Activation Code. If you make mistake in any of the fifteen (15) alphanumeric that made up the Product ID, your Activation Code will not work in that system again and this kind of error cannot be amended. This implies that you will repurchase another Activation Code to be matched with the correct Product ID. It is advisable to copy your Product ID from the program and past it in your mail while sending activation request. This method is safer and can guarantee error free.

19. WHAT IF I WRONGLY ACTIVATE A SYSTEM I DID NOT PLAN TO USE FOR THE TRAINING?

Please, be sure that the Product ID you are sending Activation Code request for is the right computer you want to use for the JAMB CBT Offline training or personal use. If you mistakenly activate this program in a wrong system (that is a system you do not want to use for the training), you will not be able to transfer, copy, share or inherit the Activated program from its system to another. This implies that once the JAMB CBT Offline training application is activated in a system, it becomes unique and useful only in that system.

20. WHAT IF I WANT TO INSTALL THE JAMB CBT OFFLINE IN MULTIPLE COMPUTERS?

You are advised to become agent if you want to install the software in multiple systems so that you can buy the software at a very reduced price since each system requires separate Activation Code. For details of Agent and None Agent prices, click here.
